Vintage's Strategic location in North Houston Provides residents with easy access to many of the largest employers in the submarket. Vintage is located in one of the busiest area’s of Houston. Very well located property with frontage off of 290. Hwy 290 has been under construction since 2010 and it is a 10 year project, once completed, it will be expanded to several lanes on both side. Area is flourishing with several shopping centers as well as restaurants.
This place is amazing security on point people may complain its too strong but in reality at the end of the day you could always live on antoine where you have a higher risk of getting jacked the owner is great quick to lend a helping hand as long as you keep to yourself no one will bother you at all great place rent is pricy but you get what you pay for and i payed for peace at mind that my kids and wife safe.
I am a current resident. I LOVE this place. They have awesome maintenance and tend to any issue immediately. In my books, it's ALL about the maintenance team, not just one person (LOVE Onyx). My husband's parents have lived here for over 42 YEARS. The apartments are very cat friendly (Susan, that works here is.) and are phasing out dogs now (no new dogs), which is new as of last year. The pools (3) are great and very maintained. All in all, a great place to stay.
I have just moved in and I was looking for a two bedroom. Ms. Erika and Ms. Delilah were accomadating and curtious even though no two bedrooms were available. I even received the one beedroom on the first floor with accomadations that I did expect on receiving. They provided me with a contact for a babysitter and all around just kind and made moving in to a new apartment just a pleasant experience. I truly appreciate all they have done and look forward to my time here in my beautiful apartment.
Im really happy here...its a very good place. good friendly staff, and neighbors. it’s mostly quiet and peaceful throughout the day
I have 4 months of living here with my family and it has been a nice and quiet place to live, the staff attends quickly and timely the reports
