Visvesvaraya Trade Promotion Centre (VTPC), Dharwad, District Industries Centre Belagavi and KLS IMER Belagavi organized a Six Days Export Management Training Program from 15 th June to 20 th June 2026. Inaugural function was held on 15 th June Monday at 10.30 am. Dr. Shivaraj R Kulkarni, Joint Director, Textile Department, Belagavi shared his views as a guest of honour. He stressed upon the significance of entrepreneurship and commercialization of the goods and services to the global extent. Mr. Bharat B Dy. Director, DIC Belagavi shared his thoughts as Chief Guest and emphasized on the significance of Marketing in the international Trade. He also explained the role of Indian business across the globe and their needs in the various countries which will benefit our Business people to expand their horizons across the world. Mr. H B Patil, Dy. Director Textile Department Dharwad, Mr, Aravind Bhat, Senior Export Coordinator, VTPC, Bengaluru were present on this august occasion.

Shri. U N Kalkundrikar, Chairman, GC KLS IMER presided over the function. Mr. T S Mallikarjun, Dy. Director, VTPC, Dharwad gave introductory talk on the export training programme and explained about the objectives of the export training program and the services offered by the VTPC organization for budding exporters. Dr. Aarif Shaikh, Director KLS IMER welcomed the gathering and Dr. Ameet Kulkarni proposed the vote of thanks. In total 35 participants from different districts are attending the export training program.
