• This project was successfully developed with joint efforts from the customers R & D Team, & the REC Development Group.
• REC successfully developed locally besides castings, critical components like flappers, and gaskets of all sizes from 3, 4, 6 & 8 inches in regular production.

• It consists of 52+ components in the assembly.
• The assembly consists of 10 major parts made in ductile & aluminum castings; two shafts; other machined parts; various soft seals; fabricated parts and bought out items.
• A 100% local sourcing achieved in a time span of one year.
• Currently supplying at rate of 300-400 assemblies per month
• Full assembly traceability available with unique assembly no.

• It consists of 26 different parts including casting, fabricated parts, and plastic injection moulded parts etc.
• Fully utilized all components are locally sources
• Current capacity: 300 to 400 units per month.
