Rotary Club of Belgaum had organised a public program of Padmashree Awardee, well known Public Prosecutor Mr. Ujwal Nikam on 23rd of September 2017 at K.L.E. Society’s Centennial Convention Centre, Belagavi. It was a public program, where more than 2000 persons have attended the program. Adv. Nikam addressed on Mumbai Blast Case and its after effects and duties of Citizens. It was widely appreciated and covered in all news papers across the state of Karnataka. It was a project aiming at educating people about security threats and also Image building.
