The 53rd A.D. Shroff Memorial Elocution Contest for College students was held on 11 September 2017 at KLE’s College of Business Administration Lingaraj college (CBALC), Belagavi, by the Rotary Club of Belgaum. This event is sponsored by the Forum of Free Enterprises. The Rotary Club of Belgaum organises this competition every year. This year along with the support of Rotract Club of CBALC this competition was organised. This year too various degree college students had keenly taken part in this prestigious event.
