RC Belgaum undertook a lecture/workshop series for school student’s personality development under the banner of “UTKARSH”. This series consisted of 8 lectures at each school covering following topics 1. Goal Setting 2. Time Management 3. Values and Ethics 4. Power of Positive thoughts 5. Health 6. Discipline The lectures were conducted at seven schools throughout the year.
